Instead of "Equally to children..." select "To a list of beneficiaries..."
Select each of your children with the percentage they should receive. For each child you will be asked who is the contingent beneficiary. If you select "Back to estate," the share of any child who predeceases you will be shared equally with the remaining beneficiaries.
